Dear AdrianOn behalf of our service users, board, volunteers and staff, I would like to thank all members of your club for your ongoing support and generosity offered to our agency. Some of the $10,000 donation from your Christmas tree project has already been utilized at the agency in the form of the purchase and laying of new carpet in our reception area. After the wonderful job you and fellow Apex members performed over the weekend painting out our reception, it became even more obvious that new carpet was required to make the room look fresh and new.
Some of the funds have also been utilized in purchasing food vouchers to tide us over in the new financial year as we do not receive funding until late July. Today, 30 June, we have already received requests for 90 food vouchers. Service users know that we give out vouchers again from 1 July. I am also forwarding some data we collect from our ER statistics. We will compile the full 12 months of data early in July which I will forward on to you.
Without support from Hoppers Crossing Apex and other local community groups, we would not be able to perform the work we undertake. We are humbled by and are grateful for your support.
